Expenses pending

If expenses are showing as pending after several weeks, there may be a couple reasons for this:

  1. The Timesheet Approver may be out of office and has not yet approved the expenses.
  2. The expenses may have been entered in the wrong week. If expenses are entered in a week that do not match the week they were incurred, these expenses will not be picked up by Payroll.
